This policy explains how IMG Free Convert handles supported image files, analytics events, and any future exceptions.
For supported formats, conversion and editing run in your browser using local browser APIs. The selected image is not sent to IMG Free Convert merely to change format, quality, crop, or dimensions. If a future feature requires server upload, that page will disclose it before the feature is used.
Like most websites, hosting infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, referral information, timestamps, and security logs. This data may be used to deliver the site, detect abuse, investigate failures, and maintain reliability.
Product analytics, if enabled, does not need file names, Blob or Base64 image data, local file paths, image hashes, pixel contents, or EXIF contents. Useful events can be limited to page views, tool type, generic success or failure status, browser capabilities, and non-identifying performance measurements.
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, and attachments. Contact records may be retained long enough to respond, investigate the issue, prevent abuse, and keep an appropriate support history.
Infrastructure, security, analytics, or email providers may process limited data on our behalf under their applicable terms. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate fraud, or respond to a valid legal process.
Technical and support data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, subject to operational and legal requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You can avoid optional storage through browser settings and can contact support@imgfreeconvert.com with privacy questions. This policy may be updated when site behavior, providers, or legal requirements change; material updates will be reflected on this page.
